Expense Forecasting
Properly forecasting future period expense is not as simple as running out your current pool of unvested awards using your legacy software. Equity compensation software packages are incapable of producing a true forecast, which would not include vesting true-ups, since actual future forfeitures are unknown.
We have worked with EASi to develop forecasting functionality as part of our financial reporting suite. We can also augment your legacy software reports so that they provide accurate estimates. Simulated future grants can be added, using any desired employee-grouped forfeiture rates.
