If a vendor change is under consideration, we offer a financial reporting solution centered on our alliance with Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. (“EASi”), the new standard in equity compensation accounting and reporting software.
The standard EASi report suite includes 300+ reports for new award issuances, expense accrual, dispositions and tax activity, all of which are SAS 70 type II certified. And if there is a special report you need, we’ll build it for you. We handle all award types, including multiple-criteria performance based and market condition vesting awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (“ESPP”).
Each report is delivered in both detail and summary versions, providing both a transparent audit trail and condensed results, reviewable at a glance. All reports are delivered in both a PDF version, suitable for presentation to your auditors, and an Excel version which can be used for internal analysis. All our reports can be summarized or filtered on any basis needed.
