Managing Directors
Financial Intelligence is looking for exceptional managing directors to
join its leadership team. We have carved out a unique niche in which we manage
our client's most important projects and transactions. Recent examples include
stock option and revenue recognition related financial restatements, M&A
transaction management, revenue recognition determination, and crisis situation
interim CFO engagements. Our clients do not generally entrust such projects
to outsourced financial management firms; this is why we are looking for
strong leaders from both public company CFO and Audit Partner backgrounds
who warrant the significant trust that our clients place in us.
Managing Director (Prior Public Company CFO)
The ideal candidates will have:
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- A solid track record of managing sophisticated projects and
transactions.
- A transaction-oriented / results-oriented / hands-on personality.
- The ability to get up to speed quickly and thrive on the
successful completion of difficult, time-constrained projects.
- A strong accounting background and significant experience managing
auditor relationships.
- A CPA / MBA.
Current software revenue recognition and stock option experience is a plus.
Managing Director (Prior Top Tier Audit Partner)
Ideal candidates will have:
- Outstanding skills in leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A sense of urgency to define and complete project deliverables.
- An exceptionally strong technical accounting background.
- The ability to help clients develop accounting positions on
complicated issues and clear positions with auditors.
- A CPA / MBA.
Vice President / Director (Prior public company VP Finance / Director of Finance
/ Controller or Audit Manager)
The experience and credentials of ideal candidates will reflect public company
financial management or audit manager experience. They will also have:
- A solid track record of completing key projects and transactions.
- A transaction-oriented / project-oriented / hands-on focus and the
ability to get up to speed quickly.
- The motivation to thrive on the successful completion of
difficult, time-constrained projects.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- A strong accounting background with significant outside reporting
experience.
- A highly-structured approach and expert financial modeling skills.
- A CPA / MBA
Current software revenue recognition and stock option related experience
is a plus.
Valuation Professionals (Manager to Managing Director levels)
Financial Intelligence is looking for experienced valuation professionals
at the manager to managing director levels. The extraordinary market
demand for 409A valuation services provides an exceptional opportunity
for Financial Intelligence and for highly-motivated individuals with
significant valuation experience. Additionally, the integration of IRC
409A and FAS 123R related issues—along with other valuation and
economic analysis projects—creates an opportunity for broad-minded,
yet detail-oriented, candidates.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Significant experience valuing private technology companies as
part of a valuation services team. They also have significant
experience in other valuation and economic analysis projects.
