In 2005 we leveraged our significant valuation experience to respond to the legislation and market demand for 409A valuation services for private companies. Today we provide a high-quality, well-documented valuation of the common stock of private companies to support financial statement disclosure and avoid the employee 409A related income tax and penalties on stock option grants. We also help our clients implement FAS 123R (Fair Value Accounting for Stock Options) and address other valuation needs.
